Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Time Travel's services and website. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

To cancel a booking, please contact us at info@time-travel.gr with your booking details.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking (date, time, number of passengers, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new arrangements differ in price.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are for the tour as described. Prices are for pick-up and drop-off from Athens city center. Airport or port transfers incur additional charges per direction.

Prices do not include:

• Site entrance fees and tickets
• Meals and refreshments (unless specified)
• Private tour guide services (available upon request)
• Gratuities

Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, site closures, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide suitable alternatives.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Being ready at the agreed pick-up time and location
• Providing accurate contact and booking information
• Having valid identification and any required travel documents
• Behaving appropriately and following site regulations
• Their personal belongings during the tour

Liability

Time Travel acts as a transportation and guide service provider. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, strikes, or acts of third parties.

Insurance

We recommend that all passengers have appropriate travel insurance. Time Travel's liability is limited to the tour services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
